Practice Areas: Philip provides advice on all pension schemes issues including scheme reorganisation/merger, re-design, disputes and litigation, investments, governance and trustee training. Philip is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management and a former Chairman of the Irish Association of Pension Lawyers. Philip also leads Arthur Cox’s Charity Law Group advising not-for-profit organisations and funders on governance, trusts, organisational and regulatory matters including advising corporates on CSR.
