Practice Areas: Horst Henschen has substantial experience in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. His antitrust law work also involves advising clients on distribution systems, restrictive practices and abuse of dominant positions. He advises a broad range of German and international clients in numerous industries, and in particular, companies in the automotive, banking, chemicals, energy, IT, mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals (in particular generics) and telecommunications sectors.
Professional Memberships: Mr Henschen is a member of the Association for Antitrust Law Studies (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht) as well as of the Kartellrecht Forum Frankfurt e.V., Frankfurt’s first antitrust forum.
