Practice Areas: Partner specialising in pre-litigation and litigation work in the fields of company, banking and finance, corporate restructuring, contract and media law. He advises listed and non-listed companies as well as private clients in civil, commercial and criminal proceedings. He has represented public and political figures (ministers before the Court of Justice of the Republic, MPs and the chairpersons of local authorities). Bruno is an expert consultant at the Club des Juristes (a legal think tank) and lectures on white collar crime at the ESSEC and HEC business schools.
