Practice Areas: Thomas is specialised in capital markets and securities law. He is regularly involved as counsel to issuers and banks in debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. Thomas recently advised on the tender offers of Tier 1 Notes of BPCE (EUR 3 billion) and Crédit Agricole (EUR 3.2 billion), the convertible bonds issues of CGG Veritas (EUR 360 million) and Nexans (EUR 275 million), the Tier 2 notes issues of AXA (EUR 1.6 billion), the Samurai bonds issues of Société Générale (JPY 70 billion), and the rights issues of Peugeot-Citroën (EUR 1 billion) and GL Events (EUR 71 million).
