Practice Areas: Patrick has been a Partner at Linklaters’ Luxembourg office since 2001 and currently heads the Capital Markets and Banking practice group. He specialises in banking matters (credit and taking of security), restructuring & insolvency, structured finance (including tax-based and fund-linked products) and asset finance. Patrick is a member of several committees on banking matters. He also has expertise in regulatory issues. Patrick served as national managing partner in Linklaters Luxembourg between 2007 and 2010. He is currently head of the Capital Markets and Banking practice.
