Career: Mr Neocleous graduated from Athens University in 1964. In 1965 he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar and founded Andreas Neocleous & Co. He has led the firm to a dominant position in the region.

Publications: Mr Neocleous is the author of many published articles as well as the architect of Introduction to Cyprus Law by Andreas Neocleous & Co (2000 and 2011). He frequently speaks at international conferences.
