Practice Areas: Emmanuel-Frédéric Henrion joined Linklaters’ Investment Management Group in 2000 and became Partner in 2005. He has developed a specialist funds practice for setting up structured funds making an extensive use of financial derivative instruments and techniques. Emmanuel is also heavily involved in the structuring and in the establishment of pan-European regulated property fund structures targeting institutional markets worldwide, as well as in their subsequent pan-European property acquisitions. He is increasingly acknowledged by the market, and notably by the equity, fixed income and derivatives groups of major investment banks, as an expert on structured UCITS fund products.
