Practice Areas: Franck assists corporates, financial institutions, executives and professional services firms and their partners in all aspects of employment law, with particular emphasis on litigation and arbitration. In addition, he is a part-time PhD researcher at the University of Amsterdam where he writes a dissertation on human rights in employment law.

Publications: Franck has authored a book on whistleblowing, contributes to Sdu Commentaar Arbeidsrecht, a leading employment law handbook, and speaks and publishes regularly on various employment law topics.
