Practice Areas: Robert van Agteren advises and represents corporate clients and financial institutions in the national and international arena's in relation to cross border commercial disputes and corporate and investment disputes. His expertise includes summary actions and injunctions, arbitration, crisis management and corporate recovery. He is part of the European Restructuring & Insolvency steering committee which mainly advises clients on international debt restructurings. Besides, Robert has litigated matters before the European Court of Justice.
