Practice Areas: Luis practices banking law, representing Spanish and foreign banks and corporations in a variety of transactions, with a particular focus on project financings involving renewable energy and infrastructure. He has advised on project financings involving wind parks, concentrated solar power plants, PV solar plants, mini hydraulic plants, biomass and cogeneration plants, toll roads, highways, hospitals and hotels. Luis has extensive experience in acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. He heads the firm's Madrid Office Banking and Finance Practice and is a member of the firm's Latin America Practice.
