Practice Areas: Jochen's main practice area covers all kinds of projects related to the generation, transmission and trading of energy.
Mr. Terpitz has handled a wide variety of energy and infrastructure-related transactions for German and international clients, including M&A transactions and privatisations in Germany and Central Europe. He specialises in power projects and provides expert know-how in particular with regard to the development, financing and acquisition of renewable energy projects. He has substantial experience in EPC contracts, tolling arrangements, power purchase agreements, and long-term gas supply agreements.
