Practice Areas: Sally-Anne advises clients on trade marks, designs, patents and copyright in contentious, non-contentious, regulatory and transactional matters. Her practice areas also include advising in relation to data protection, IT, promotions, advertising, defamation, competition law and life sciences. She completed a PhD in UCD which dealt with copyright and related rights advancements in the area of database protection. She is a registered Irish and Community Trade Mark Agent and lectures on IP and IT law courses in the Law Society of Ireland. She is a member of the Copyright Association of Ireland and has published several articles on copyright law.
