Practice Areas: Ross Moore is a Partner in the Banking and Financial Services Department at A&L Goodbody and a member of the Projects & Construction and Energy and Natural Resources Groups. He specialises in limited/non-recourse style project finance transactions in particular in the energy sector and in public private partnerships in the transport, roads and accommodation sectors. Ross also specialises in regulatory advice in respect of the electricity, gas and renewable energy markets on an all-island basis, as well as in all aspects of power generation construction, financing and operation and energy sector acquisitions.
