Practice Areas: Declan is Mason Hayes & Curran's Head of Litigation. His personal practice is in commercial litigation and insolvency with a focus on the financial services sector. His experience includes many high value contractual and tortious disputes, commonly with an international component. He also has wide experience of Irish and international insolvencies and fraud related litigation.

Career: Qualified in 1993 and became a Partner in Mason Hayes & Curran in 1998. Declan is also a lecturer in commercial litigation at the Law Society of Ireland.

Personal: Born in 1967, attended University College Dublin (BCL).
