Practice Areas: Elisabetta Aarts (1961), attorney at law, is a member of the Energy practice group. She specialises in advising and litigating on matters concerning the conditions and tariffs for infrastructure access, energy projects, energy contracts, M&A and financing transactions, for an extensive group of national and international clients in the energy sector. Outside the energy sector, she advises and litigates on matters concerning health care and public transport regulation. Elisabetta is a member of the Dutch Energy Law Association en several other legal societies. She has written various national and international articles on energy.
