Practice Areas: Partner in the firm’s Regulatory Department, member of the Antitrust and Competition, International Trade, Investment and Market Access Practice Groups. He focuses on European and German antitrust and competition law, European state aid, European constitutional law, regulation and WTO law, with emphasis on pharmaceutical, medical devices, agro-chemical and media industries. He represents corporate and institutional clients before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg and German civil and administrative courts.
