Practice Areas: Caroline has extensive experience in a wide variety of claims in the High Court, Court of Appeal, employment tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal. She advises clients on all aspects of employment law with particular concentration upon discrimination, grievance and disciplinary procedures, equal pay and whistle-blowing. Caroline also specialises in advising financial institutions on the employment issues arising from regulatory and compliance investigations. She also has considerable experience in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Career: For three years Caroline was responsible for Freshfields' global HR strategy.
