Practice Areas: Paul Witteveen has an extensive employment practice and specialises in the areas of employee participation law and labour law in the public and semi-public sectors. He is increasingly focusing on legal issues at the interface of employment law and corporate law, including governance issues and corporate litigation.
Career: Paul has been a partner in the Employment practice group of Van Doorne since 1985. Paul frequently publishes articles in academic journals and is a lecturer on employee participation at Grotius Academie and Nijmegen Law School.
