Practice Areas: Miguel has over 25 years extensive experience in domestic and international taxation, relating to domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and restructurings; foreign investments; project finance, securitisations and placements of both equity and debt; domestic and international stock options and purchase plans, estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, and day-to-day tax assistance to clients. This included the role of coordinating large transactions, involving many areas of practice.
Career: Graduated in law (1985) and post-graduated in business administration (2000). Most of Miguel’s career was with Arthur Andersen/Deloitte. Joined Garrigues in September 2006.
