Emil Neff of Neff & Arn Rechtsanwälte is known in the market for his work on IT projects, and is widely respected for his lengthy experience in the field. He also handles cases pertaining to telecoms, new media and data protection. His established client list includes banks and prominent corporations.
Markus Berni heads the IT and communications group in Baker & McKenzie's Zürich office. He has a strong corporate practice and is particularly noted for his advice on IT matters. He has considerable experience advising on development and licensing agreements, integration and outsourcing projects, and e-commerce.
According to interviewees, practice head Michel Jaccard "provides really top-line advice." Others note that "if there is a real emergency, we can count on him. His substantial experience helped us plan for the future and enriched our knowledge."
