Practice Areas: Practice focuses on Taiwan-related IP and commercial disputes, especially local patent, trade secret, unfair competition and corporate governance litigation. He possesses extensive pretrial and trial experience and has successfully represented major high-technology companies based in Taiwan and in the US.

Professional Memberships: Co-chairman of the IP Committee, American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei. Director of the IP Law Committee of the Taipei Bar Association.

Career: Served as a Taiwan District Court judge for 10 years adjudicating both criminal and civil cases. In 2002, he became certified as the first professional IP law judge by the Judicial Yuan.
