Practice Areas: Christopher Stephens is Orrick’s Asia Senior Partner and a member of the Corporate and Energy and Infrastructure Groups. His practice focuses on cross-border finance and investments across the Asia-Pacific region, including project development and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions. In his 16 years in Asia, Mr Stephens has led project teams in dozens of joint ventures, acquisitions and financings of projects across the region, and is one of the most active international lawyers in the infrastructure, energy and industrial development fields in China and Vietnam.
