Practice Areas: Nick specialises in international arbitration, advising corporate clients and financial institutions. He has extensive experience of commercial litigation and ADR in various forms. Nick heads the India dispute resolution practice and previously headed the Singapore international arbitration practice. He has experience in arbitration proceedings seated in various Asian jurisdictions and under procedural rules including: ICC, SIAC, LCIA, AAA/ICDR, CIETAC, UNCITRAL, BANI, BAPMI. Matters include advising Indian corporates on disputes in the TMT and energy sectors, banks on derivatives and customer disputes in Asia, and recently a leading manufacturer on the development and marketing of a branded mobile telephone.
