Practice Areas: Mr. Cheng is the Office Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins' Shanghai office. He has in-depth experience in representing overseas finanicial institutions, strategic investors and Chinese corporations in a wide range of transactions, including private equity and venture investments, acquisitions and joint ventures, and secured and unsecured financings and restructurings. Mr. Cheng has particular expertise in complex corporate and limited recourse financings, including project financings of projects located in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
