Practice Areas: Peter is the managing partner of the Tokyo office and has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. Peter has been based in Japan for over 12 years and his practice covers contentious matters including construction, energy, joint ventures, fraud, telecommunications, international trade, IP&IT, employment, banking and insolvency. Peter has acted in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, Thai Arbitration Institute, TOMAC and JCAA rules as well as before both pure and ad hoc and UNCITRAL tribunals. Peter also sits as an arbitrator and has recent experience under both ICC and JCAA rules.
