Practice Areas: Mark’s practice focuses on competition and consumer protection law and market regulation issues. He has a depth of expertise advising on competition issues arising from transactions, joint ventures, distribution and licensing arrangements, marketing practices and other commercial arrangements. Mark’s clients span industries including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, resources, FMCG, infrastructure, financial services and technology. He regularly represents clients in Australian Competition and Consumer Commission investigations and in obtaining immunities, clearances and authorisations from the ACCC. Mark has particular expertise in relation to cartel investigations and merger control and has a record of securing ACCC clearances for complex transactions.
