Practice Areas: Stephen is experienced in all facets of intellectual property law and specialises in patent and trademark litigation. He has a particular focus on anti-counterfeiting, including acting for many of the world's best-known brands. He also has a focus on geographical indication work, including acting for the French Government in protecting wine appellations of origin. Stephen’s patent and trademark litigation practice includes work in the medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, agricultural, luxury goods, construction, mining and many other industries. He is also involved in both domestic and international licensing and transfer of intellectual property. Stephen leads the firm's European Focus Group.
