Practice Areas: Stephen specialises in public company acquisitions and equity issues as well as general corporate work. He brings to his corporate and commercial practice experience in merchant banking in both Australia and overseas. He advised AXA Asia Pacific in relation to its acquisition by AMP and AXA SA (and the previous proposal by National Australia Bank and AXA SA).
