Practice Areas: Louise McCoach is a Partner in the Sydney Banking and Financial Services group. She is also the national head of our Debt Capital Markets practice and is recognised as one of Australia's leading debt capital markets, securitisation and structured finance lawyers with extensive experience in derivatives and domestic and international debt capital markets and securitisation transactions. Louise has advised many of Australia's leading financial institutions and ASX listed companies on their domestic and international issuance under a broad range of debt capital markets programs. She has also advised on a wide range of derivatives asset classes and regulatory issues.
