Practice Areas: Michael practises in financial services specifically investment funds, funds management, superannuation and insurance. Michael has expertise in the regulatory area, most recently advising industry bodies on key legal issues in relation to the new FOFA regime. He is a leader in advising on new investment structures for life companies and superannuation funds, the creation of new financial products, streamlining disclosure material for financial products and key legal issues affecting the profitability of financial products, including rationalisations and restructurings.
