Practice Areas: Head of Linklaters' Capital Markets Group in Asia and widely recognised as a market leader with almost 25 years' qualified experience. He advises primarily on structured finance and derivatives transactions and structured products, both listed and OTC. Andrew played a leading role in creating the legal framework for the retail bond and structured products market in Hong Kong. Particular areas of current interest include corporate derivatives and the development of documentation for offshore renminbi products.
