Practice Areas: Iain has been based in Singapore for 16 years and specialises in the financing of ships and offshore installations. A pioneer of the Singapore office and in the local and regional shipping finance scene, Iain has built up an extensive network of contacts and clients in Singapore and the rest of the Asian region. He has worked on numerous deals – most of which are cross-border in nature – representing leading offshore shipping banks based in Asia, local banks in various jurisdictions, shipping and equity funds and prominent ship owners and offshore installation owners and operators.
