Practice Areas: May specialises in all types of cross-border China-related dispute resolution, including international arbitration and CIETAC arbitration, litigation and regulatory investigations. May's practice includes disputes in the energy sector (both downstream and upstream), the manufacturing sector and telecoms. She also specialises in IP related disputes between Chinese and Foreign parties, as well as investment arbitrations involving Asian parties and Asian States. May is the co-author of State Secrets and Trade Secrets in China.
