Practice Areas: Kate advises financiers, borrowers and arrangers in all finance areas, with particular expertise in structured and asset finance & leasing. She has extensive experience in securities offerings including regulatory capital and securitisation. She also has significant experience in restructuring and work-outs. Kate advises bank and borrowers on compliance with banking-related legislation, including the Personal Properties Securities Act, Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act, Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act and Securities Act.
