Practice Areas: Dale Brackin is recognised as a leading lawyer in the construction and engineering industry with more than 25 years' experience across road, rail, bridge, port, airport, process engineering, mining and energy and resources (including LNG) projects. He represents owners (public and private), contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Aside from the preparation and negotiation of contracts, Dale has developed particular expertise in the resolution of commercial disputes through litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution techniques. He has conducted arbitration proceedings under various domestic and international rules, including the ICC and the European Development Fund Rules.
