Practice Areas: Greg specialises in the areas of contested public company takeovers, reconstructions and capital raisings. He has been involved in many of Australia's most significant mergers and acquisition transactions. Greg also lectures to post-graduate law students in mergers and acquisitions and securities law at the University of Sydney, the University of NSW and Monash University.
