Practice Areas: Admitted in Hong Kong in 1989, Australia and England and Wales in 1989, Ted is a consultant in the IP department. Ted’s broad experience includes litigation and enforcement of IP, including copyright, design, patents, passing-off, unfair competition, trademark infringement and domain name disputes, commercial transactions, in particular licensing and franchising and due diligence projects, trademark clearance and registration programs and IP portfolio management. His clients include major, international corporations. Ted is a member of the Institute of trademark agents in Hong Kong and regularly presents papers on Greater China IP law and enforcement at international conferences.
