Practice Areas: As the leading partner of B&B competition law team, Ms. Feng’s practice focuses on International Trade, FDI and Anti-trust Law of P.R.C. She has been pioneers in responding to anti-dumping and countervailing suits. She has also represented dozens of major multi-national companies including GE, UTC, Sumitomo, Carlyle, Oracle, Seagate, Goldman Sachs, etc. in China anti-trust reviews.

Career: Ms. Feng is a founding partner of Broad & Bright. She graduated from Jilin University Law School, Jilin, China, with a LL.B. and from Columbia Law School, New York, USA, with a LL.M. She also worked at Covington & Burling’s Washington D.C. office as well as the MOFTEC (currently Ministry of Commerce).

Personal: She has won lots of prizes, among which, the major ones including, “Asian-Counsel Deals of the Year 2008" for representing Coca Cola's public takeover of China Huiyan Juice Group Ltd., Leading Antitrust Lawyers of 2008 by Asian Law, Best trade lawyers for the Expert Guides in Brazil, Asia’s Leading Lawyer for business in competition/antitrust and international trade area in 2011 awarded by Chambers & Partners, Chambers China Awards 2011- Competition/Antitrust Law Firm of the Year, and “2012 Leading Lawyer” awarded by Intercontinental Finance Magazine.
