Thomas Ng frequently advises Chinese banks on their project financing or general lending activities. THE FIRM Baker & McKenzie has a well-balanced practice that handles development and financing for both project originators and banks. It also remains very visible in the Hong Kong infrastructure scene, and advises many Chinese banks on their outbound financing ventures. Team members recently advised Société Générale on its export credit facility provided for Vietnam Electricity for developing the Duyen Hai 1 thermal power project.
